To protect our customers we are unable to change/intercept the shipping or billing address of a package to change its delivery method, we will only ship to the address provided at checkout. Please check your address before placing an order.

Once an order has been submitted, order changes cannot be processed. Please check your measurements before checkout and contact us to resolve any issues before submitting your order.

Please note - orders placed during a sale period may take an additional 48-72 hours to process.

Free shipping on orders of more than one item from our website clearance items, free exchanges and replacements within 45 days.

All US Orders Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via FedEx Ground service with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days.

Orders to Canada and the UK Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via DHL with an estimated delivery time of 7-10 business days.

Please note that FedEx only ships to valid street addresses, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
